Ta sé mar dhualgas ag an mBord múinteoirí a cheapadh, comhfhreagras a dhéanamh leis an Roinn Oideachais agus Eolaíochta agus deimhin a dhéanamh de go bhfuil na Rialacha do Scoileanna Náisiúnta á gcomhlíonadh. Is é Foras Pátrúnachta na Scoileanna Lán Ghaeilge pátrún na scoile.

The Board of Management is the body charged with the direct governance of the school and the promotion of the school ethos. The Board ensures that the school abides by the Rules for National Schools. The Board of Management aims to maintain the distinctive ethos of Gaelscoil na Bóinne as a centre of learning and culture dedicated to the development of each child in its care.

Tá sé mar aidhm ag an mBord éiteas Gaelach na scoile a chaomhnú agus a fhorleathnú agus tiomantas na dtuismitheoirí do ghnóthaí na scoile a éascú, mar aon le cumann éifeachtach tuismitheoirí a chur á reáchtáíl.

It aims to facilitate and promote commitment by the parents to the affairs of the school and the functioning of an effective parent’s association. The current Board of Management is as follows;
